Information pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

We hereby inform you that Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30th, 2003 (Law on Privacy and Data Protection) provides protection for people and individuals when dealing with their personal data. According to the above mentioned law, this treatment will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your confidentiality and of your rights.

Therefore, according to article no. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, you are hereby given the following information:

The data you give will be used for the following purposes: handling and executing the supply contract of the services to which you are contracted; organising, managing and processing the supply of services and also communicating certain data to third parties, namely our suppliers; performance of legal obligations or other requirements requested by the relevant Authorities.
  2. The use will be carried out with the following conditions: help of computer/manual tools.
  3. Giving details is obligatory for the purpose of evaluating your request and refusal to supply such details could lead to the non-fulfilment of your request.
  4. Except for what is strictly necessary to fulfill the supply conditions of the contract, the details in question will not be communicated to other individuals, nor will they be more widely distributed, without explicit consent.

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The interested party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or not, as the case may be, of personal data which regard him or her, even if not yet registered, and make available the possible communication of such details in an intelligible form;
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain
    1. the origin of the personal details;

    2. the purposes and conditions of use;

    3. the procedure applied when processed by electronic systems;
    4. the identification details of the owner, managers and of the designated representative according to art. 5, paragraph 2;
    5. the individuals or the categories of individuals to which the personal data can be communicated or that can obtained by a designated representative of the territory of the State, as a manager or as a delegate./li>
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. the updated, the adjusted and when necessary, the full details;

    2. deleted, transformed (in an anonymous form) or the blocked details used in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be conserved in relation to the purposes for which such details have been collected or subsequently used;

    3. the evidence that the operations mentioned above in a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including its content, to those to which the details have been communicated or distributed, except in cases in which such a measure proves to be impossible or implies the use of clearly disproportionate means in relation to the protected rights.
  4. The interested party has the right to oppose, partly or in its entirety:
    1. the use of personal details with regard to him or her for legitimate reasons, even if they are related to the purposes for which the details have been collected.
    2. the use of personal details with regard to him or her in order to block advertising material, direct sales or to carry out market research or commercial communication.
